Duties and Responsibilities
Review current recruiting, hiring and performance management systems and identify problems and opportunities.
Write a report of your recommendations for improvements and present your findings to management.
Interview Senior Managers and conduct on-site observation to ascertain human capital management history, current status and strategic plan.
Train Senior Managers in use of new talent assessments, performance monitoring technologies and develop a method for determining ROI in human capital for the company.
Design, evaluate, and recommend, specific changes of forms and report ing systems.
Recommend purchase of specific technologies or programs.
Plan additional research of human capital problems and procedures.
Identify potential organizational changes in communications, information flow, integrated production methods, inventory control, or cost analysis.
Gather and organize information on business problems or procedures.
Analyze data gathered and develop solutions or alternative action methods of proceeding.
Document findings of research and prepare recommendations for implementation of new systems, procedures, or organizational changes.
