Key Responsibilities: " Audit various types of employee benefit plans, including defined contribution, defined benefit and health & welfare plans. " Plan, direct, and supervise multiple employee benefit plan audits (11-K and non 11-K filers) in both public and private companies in a variety of industries. " Identify and implement new pronouncements to client situations " Supervise and train managers, seniors, and associate staff " Review complex financial statements and disclosures as well as documentation of validated, tested and assessed various control systems " Build client relationships, business development and marketing " Engagement profitability including billings and collections
Qualifications: " Master of Accountancy preferred; Four-year degree in Accounting required " CPA " 8+ years prior work experience (pref. in public accounting firm) " Diversified employee benefits experience is required " Significant supervisory experience required " Multiple Industry experiences a plus (public and private) " Relocation assistance provided for this opportunity.
