POSITION: Sales Pro - Business Development Executive
REPORTS TO: Self (1099 - Independent Contractor)
GENERAL SCOPE: Opportunity to use background and experience for an entrepreneurial, expert-systems, Human Capital Management firm. Responsible for marketing advanced recruitment and hiring technologies to local, national and international businesses. Full-time or Part-time position available. Flexible work hours and schedule available. Enjoys challenges and rewards of commission-based selling and profit-sharing which offers solid sales commissions (25% to 50%) and long term residual income. High performers will also be awarded equity shares based on profits generated.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and contact companies that are currently hiring with a major focus on sales, customer service, supervisory and senior management positions. - Contact prospects and schedule marketing presentations to decision maker responsible for hiring and performance improvement.
- Follow-up leads and convert to customers.
- Take initial orders and schedule for training and orientation to software and internet applications and use.
- Assist in generating attendance in marketing seminars. Provide timely follow-up with attendees to close business.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Degree in business or communications, or equivalent work experience in direct sales and/or marketing
- Computer literate: MS Office Professional
- Experienced selling products to business decision-makers
- Has established business prospects who can be called immediately.
