Candidate must possess 6-8 years of experience as a Systems Analyst (3 or more years as a Senior BSA or SA). Must have excellent writing and communication skills with specific expertise in creating functional use cases and functional specifications. Specific experience in creation of web based applications, UI design, navigation data models and entity relationship diagrams required.

Additional Preferred Skills: Must possess experience with Word, Excel, and UI templates (knowledge of Dreamweaver is preferred). Candidate must possess a thorough understanding SDM with specific understanding of structured systems analysis and process definition. Exposure to Object Oriented analysis is preferred.

Individual will be responsible for conducting required systems analysis across the NSCC and Advisor Central application Suite. Individual will be primary liaison between the NSCC/Advisor Central operations and NSCC Systems team and will ensure that business requirements are effectively translated into detailed functional specifications. Individual will lead systems analysis efforts on medium and large size projects and will work as a member of a combined systems analysis team on large complex projects. Individual will be responsible for creation of detailed functional use cases, functional specifications, UI Templates and will be responsible for assisting with Unit and Systems level testing as required.
