CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE WITH 0-2 YRS OF EXP IN THE BPO FIELD OR IN A SERVICE INDUSTRY. SHOULD HAVE EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION IN ENGLISH AND HINDI,AND SHOULD HAVE A NEUTRAL ACCENT ON THE REGIONAL LANGUAGE(TAMIL,MALAYALAM/KANNADA/BENGALI)IS MANDATORY. EXPERIENCE IN CUSTOMER CARE/HANDLING CUSTOMERS IN A BPO WILL BE A DEFINITIVE ADVANTAGE.
